Going Beyond the Basics
Duane has also been trained by the Georgia Institute for Home Inspectors. Their certification program teaches inspectors to generate inspection reports with more detail than the American Society of Home Inspectors require. This gives home buyers more information to negotiate repairs or avoid expensive future repairs.
